in a web agency in Turin
During the second year, in addition to taking care of web development, I implemented a Project Management protocol to increase the growth of the agency. I imposed an upgrade of the digital services used, moving to the use of better servers and controlling the work flow to avoid work peaks.
First year in the agency with the role of web developer, HTLM5, CSS3, PHP, BOOTSTRAP, WORDPRESS with the use of the ADOBE package (mostly Illustrator and Photoshop). Management of some servers with shared hosting Plesk / Linux and one self-managed Linux. Using MySQL / SQL and e-commerce management on various platforms.
Expertise
Since 2015 I also work as a freelance
and consultant for individuals and companies.
With the help of a colleague, we have created a new way of working as a freelance.
We have combined the work of several freelancers to give our customers the best.
WDT is an expanding project.
Current projects, in the field of biomedical engineering, which I follow and develop with two different teams.
Our mission is to develop free, open source and affordable technologies for prostheses. We use standard technologies, including 3D printing, and which can be accessible to a wide range of people.
My task is to study the sensors and sEMG signals of the Myoelectric prosthesis. (OCTAVE, MATLAB, ARDUINO) Furthermore, I take care of following the Control Design techniques for the realization of Medical Devices. Help in scientific dissemination and in the development and maintenance of the website.
This project is mainly dedicated to women, to those who are biomedical engineers and has been designed to share information, events, projects, real life stories, everyday life.
I promote the role of biomedical and STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) subjects among young people.
I manage external relations with WIE Women in Engineering chapter IEEE Italy, I participate in events with companies and schools. I manage the developer team.
